HEAD COACH

Matt has been involved in Football/Soccer for 26 years as a player and a coach. Matt’s qualifications including first aid and safeguarding are all up to date. Coach Matt’s experience includes managing and coaching in the 8th Tier of the English football pyramid. His coaching journey started for Fulham FC Foundation where in the first year he won the Coach of the year award.

LEAD SPORTS THERAPIST

Erin obtains a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports and Exercise Therapy, gaining experience in Soccer and Rugby. Erin’s expertise allows her to provide detailed Injury Assessments, recovery techniques and advice on returning to play. Specialising in individualised sports-specific Rehabilitation programs to return elite athletes back to their sport. Erin’s passion for treating injuries pitch side led her to also gain qualifications in First Aid Instructing, allowing her to teach and certify many First Aid courses.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Bobby has a career in general management and advanced Technology. With him having two Degrees and a Masters in Science, Bobby’s experience in IT is priceless and we are ecstatic to have him working behind the scenes.

Ollie started playing for Head Coach Matt back in England as Goalkeeper in UK Academy level of football. Ollie also only being 19 years old he will still be playing Soccer whilst in Australia and looks forward to kicking on his coaching journey with Evo Central Coast.

Paul has been coaching for many years and most recently in grass roots clubs around the Central Coast, so he can develop local talent onto bigger and better oppurtunities. Paul has been a family friend for 20 years and comes with a "can do" attitude for challenges. With Paul being involved in senior football he creates a pathway for our players.

Recently, Kaden had knee surgery meaning he is out of playing soccer for a while however that is our gain. We are happy to have him on board with us using his contacts to help bring in more players on the Coast to join Evo. Kaden has some great ball mastery skills and techniques which he can not wait to show the Evo players.

With Bailey being only 19 years old with tons of experience coaching all ages we are excited to have him on board. Bailey has worked in 1 to 1, and group sessions and even PE in school settings. With Bailey playing for Coach Matt while in the UK he is excited to continue his coaching and playing career under Evo Central Coast.
